At Sterlite Technologies, I launched two new products, increasing market share by 20%. I also transformed NetCracker’s 5G platform into a cloud-native solution, enhancing its competitive edge. Throughout my career, I’ve navigated the complexities of Telecom Operations Support Systems (OSS), Network Management Systems (NMS), and Element Management Systems (EMS). Notable Accomplishments: • Spearheaded & established the Pune Global Delivery Centre for A10 Networks from the ground up, building a dedicated team of over 100 R&D professionals focused on product engineering. • My strategic initiatives led to a highly profitable delivery structure that met revenue targets, resulting in a 40% improvement in team productivity and a 30% increase in operational efficiency. • I spearheaded R&D for Sterlite's programmable Radio product, aligning it with O-RAN and M-CORD reference designs, and even demonstrated one of the industry's first O-RAN-based RIC with cloud-native capabilities at the ONF Connect 2019 conference. • My work transformed NetCracker Technologies’ 5G MANO Platform from monolithic architecture to a cloud-native microservices approach, paving the way for multi-cloud support.
