A development and Child Rights professional with a total of sixteen (16) years of progressive professional experience in the development sector; having core expertise and interest in mainly Program strategy development, program and project conceptualization, designing, budgeting & implementing large-scale projects with efficiency. Have a progressive core competence of about 10 years in the thematic area of Child Protection & Child Poverty. Have also handled portfolios like resource mobilization and grant-making in the past and have successfully established various donor relations during my tenure. Have experience working in different capacities on projects mainly in the areas of Child Rights and protection, livelihoods & Health. Currently, engaged in the capacity of a thematic expert in the field of Child Protection (CP) & additional in-charge for Child Poverty providing technical support to state teams of 3 northern states in India in implementing domain-specific and integrated projects.
