About Amit Kumar Mishra

One who understands the problem fully before developing its algorithm to solve it has a greater chance to accomplish success. I always strive to go into depth of every problem assigned to me and hence come out with its root cause analysis. Patient listening and analysis of all customer related issues is also important in this regard. Problem identification and analysis must be followed by continuous efforts to find its optimum solution. I have a habit of working for hours and hours continuously in deriving an optimum solution for the various modules and sub-sections of the problem defined. Being an Electronics Engineer, I adopted the aforesaid approaches in solving various technical issues related to the RADAR systems but later realized that they work equally well in other problems. As someone has rightly said -"If you want to travel fast-then walk alone, but if you want to travel far-then walk together"- this approach is very important when many departments are working for a same project. I have always maintained good relations with other departments associated with my project as a result of which I have successfully handled big RADAR systems. All aforesaid points are driven by two objectives- 1.Customer comes first. I want to live with the dignity of an Engineer
