Professionally, I would identify myself as an experienced Corporate Finance/Banking personnel with a strong track record of successful financial closures. I have seen through many project finance mandates and was involved in the appraisal as well as funding (syndication) of capital intensive Infrastructure projects from diversified sectors such as Energy (Thermal, Hydel, Solar, Wind), Roads (BOT, OMT, HAM), Urban Transport (Metro), Port, SEZs, etc. in addition to projects in the core sectors of steel, cement, etc. I am a meticulous person who love to seeing through the assignment/transactions till the end. I derive a lot of motivation and excitement from the challenges that investment proposals throw up, the detailed analysis of each and every critical aspects, arriving at the acceptable numbers/ratios and the learnings at the end of every project gives a overwhelming satisfaction. By virtue of my long association with Corporate Finance/Project Appraisal and Infrastructure financing, I have had the opportunity to manage, negotiate and closely monitor the funding as well as implementation related processes of various agencies including leading Banks/FIs, Law firms and the internal functions within corporate, which have in turn allowed me to develop a diverse and exhaustive understanding of the Project Finance/Corporate Banking domain.
