Project management(Electrical/MEP Responsibility) 1-Completion of projects by proper planning & supervision in stipulated time within budget. 2-Planning of the project works and resources as per the signed contract/schedule/budget and standards. 3-Execution, monitoring and controlling of various engineering and technical requirements on various projects with monitoring and controlling of project schedules and budgets in order to meet the project goals and mile stones. 4-Ensuring that all project activities confirm to approved drawings, specifications, and Quality/safety standards. 5-Managing all the sub-contractors/suppliers/vendors to meet the project mile stones. 6-Liaison with various other departments i.e. engineering, procurement, logistics, and Human resource in order to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control. 7-Bill checking as per BOQ and certifying the vendor bills as per their work done with Quality checking & work order terms. 8-Confirming the design, BOQ, load calculations and specifications submitting by the consultant that it is as per the requirement, engineering standards and specifications. 9-Preparation of scope of work after detailed study of the project to identify the main task and requirements from contractor. 10-Prepare project related documents and Follow up with vendor for Mobilization, Material ordering, Delivery, Execution.
