As an Assistant Manager at Infosys BPM, I lead a team of 16 employees, providing direction and guidance to achieve project goals and meet tight deadlines. I manage the team's performance, development, and appraisals, as well as handle any people issues. I also ensure timely payment of open balances, maintaining and exceeding the client's expectations on, overdue, CPI, and KPI metrics. I have excellent knowledge of all collection policies, procedures, and processes, and I use strong problem-solving skills to effectively address any issues in collaboration with others.Before joining Infosys BPM, I worked as an Associate at SKP Business Consulting LLP, where I gained valuable experience in resolving customer issues and complaints concerning billing disputes, following up with various departments to get supporting documents or information, making outbound calls on outstanding accounts, and delivering exceptional customer experience. I also handled lockbox, ACH, and wire payments, and communicated directly with customers for dispute resolution and payment details. I hold a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Shivaji University, which has equipped me with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in the order to cash and accounts receivable domain.
