With more than a decade of experience in clinical research projects, I am currently working as a Team leader at Cognizant. As Team leader CDM, I lead multiple projects, ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical data, applying data science techniques and tools, and delivering solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. Experience in: Set up, Conduct and Close out phases with Veeva vault & Medidata Rave EDC database. Good Knowledge about end-to-end Clinical Data Management process, good documentation practice. Rich experience in client co-ordination, stakeholder follow up, trouble shooting, escalation management, Risk identification and mitigation, Impact assessment. I am passionate about applying data science to improve clinical research outcomes and advance the field of Clinical Data Management.
