At MoneyLion as a Head of Data and AI Solutions we have transformed our Digital landscape with Customer Data Platform (CDP). This platform not only provided holistic insights that drove our Digital Marketing Onboarding Lifecycle and Customer Experience (CX) initiatives but also achieved a staggering 15X Revenues. This initiative significantly reduced Customer Acquisition Costs and boosted revenues supported acquisition of millions of customers annually and generated millions of dollars in value. My journey into digital transformation began at P&G. As a Global Leader Data Science & Industry 4.0 where I pioneered AI Solutions in CPG. In 2017 I led the deployment of machine learning models on the shop floor transforming manufacturing processes and integrating advanced technologies that set new standards for operational efficiency. This was an industry first application for Machine learning on shop floor in CPG. Moving to Yodlee as a Director of Data Science and Analytics Solutions I was tasked with developing and scaling AI. Here I drove the development of sophisticated AI products and robust data infrastructures. These innovations demonstrated the transformative power of AI delivering substantial value and positioning Yodlee as a leader in financial services. Now at MoneyLion we are continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Data AI and digital strategies.
