I have played a pivotal role in Workplace Operations and Infrastructure Management, with extensive experience in establishing and scaling operational capabilities, most notably the successful setup of a Global Capability Center (GCC) from scratch for a software product company, ensuring foundational readiness and strategic alignment with business objectives. My expertise spans comprehensive administration and workplace operations, including security services, housekeeping, transport, guest house and hotel bookings, travel arrangements, CCTV surveillance, access control, and power redundancy.
