Also supervise the general operations of an organization, including human resources, finances, sales and operations focusing service delivery, upholding quality standards and ensuring the organization’s financial health. Recruiting, hiring and mentoring staff is another important jobs which had preformed also responsible for expanding Hotel awareness, establishing and implementing organizational goals and mission statements, and maintaining a positive public reputation.
