I am a Chartered Accountant and a seasoned leader in internal controls and governance within energy technology industry. I have certifications in SOX, FCPA, and ITGC, and a deep knowledge of IFRS, accounting policies and procedures, and business ethics. As a former Senior Manager Controls and Compliance at Baker Hughes, a leading energy technology company, I led the regional HR, financial & Payroll compliance teams for statutory compliance and due diligence in the MENATI region, covering over 20 countries. I am proficient in preparing documentation on key controls, performing and monitoring test of design and effectiveness, performing quality assurance, and leading internal control disclosure meetings. I also liaised with internal and external auditors and stakeholders, and ensured alignment with global standards and best practices. My mission is to ensure financial and Compliance integrity, transparency, and accountability across the region, and to support the company's growth and innovation.
