Im regular in Cycling, Running and Body Weight strength training. 100% inclined towards fitness. Also very fortunate to get chance to learn new skills. At my first assignment, I learnt a lot, beyond my KRA as grader, get exposure to freight negotiations with Shipping Lines additionally. Overwhelming internal feeling to get first international driving licence, so refreshing memories even today. In Ghana West Africa, formed a new Company with only me and my driver (2 people only), to 35 Ghana nationals and 5 Expats (Indian teammates). First exposure to establish a fully automatic sawmill in decided timeframe in Brazil. First Peeling Unit experience as Unit Head, First MDF Project supervision in Century. First exposure to handle Plywood and Natural Veneers sales. Am glad that I'm still learning and willing to learn till last breadth. Open for professional/ personal fitness related communication/ association. Created recently a youtube channel @CyclingWithWorld where I upload my own uncut ridding videos without talking.
