I am an experienced program manager with NV1 clearance and a strong background in managing programs of work and executing projects across various industries such as government, retail, energy, resources, banking, travel and logistics. Over the last 15 years, I have effectively leveraged my project management experience in helping organizations execute complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders with the delivery of people, process and system changes. I execute work with a deep understanding of business needs, creative use of technology, and the goal to foster high-performing teams with strong stakeholder relationships and bring hands-on knowledge in project scheduling and delivery, scope management, risk and issue management, stakeholder management and budget management.
