Currently working as a Technical Manager which includes mentoring and leading team to ensure on time and bug free deliveries. Preparing high level project documents which includes low level estimation of efforts, High & low level designs, proof of concept, finalizing & gathering low & high level requirements, Preparing SRS and test strategies. For overall project development take part in client and onsite communication for updates, clarifications, negotiations, development and testing, conducting code and document walkthroughs, preparing and updating defect prevention plans and performing baseline audits. As a part of production support my profile includes ensuring adherence to SLAs and managing changes, communication with client and users. As a lead my role includes managing resources, timesheet management, performance diary updating, leave & training management and appraisals. This also includes handling people issues and grievances. Also a part of technical interview panel.
