My expertise is in gathering and analyzing relevant data and information, discovering deep patterns and insights, and developing strategic recommendations for relevant company teams and decision makers. At Verbit, I am a core member of a small team working on high visibility strategic projects which are commissioned by the executive leadership of the company. I conduct research and analysis on the Language and Voice AI industry and am responsible for reporting to Management on market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and key industry, product and technology trends. I direct the company's efforts regarding potential M&A opportunities and orchestrate the due diligence process for selected targets. So far, I’ve helped lead 6 acquisitions over 3 years, bringing in more than $80M in inorganic revenue. In my experience as a Strategic Consultant, I prepared market analysis reports and business plans for pre-seed and seed stage Israeli startups preparing to enter the US market and led a financial valuation project of international scope and historical significance. My prior interest and experience in think tanks and academia showcased similar skills. For example, as a National Security Researcher, I conducted research into US security assistance packages in the Middle East, analyzed Congressional budgets and policymaking materials, and wrote about security assistance trends in US foreign policy. Beforehand, I lectured on US foreign policy in the Middle East at Harvard University and working as a teaching assistant at Tufts University, focusing on courses in International Relations and Political Science.
