About Amit R Shah

I started my career at Mu Sigma, where I built my foundations in business, mathematics, and technology. As the youngest member of the leadership team, I led large programs and cross-functional teams early on — shaping how Fortune 500 organizations thought about analytics and data-driven decision-making. That foundation carried me to Chola Finance, where I set up the data science and analytics function from scratch for one of India's largest NBFCs, working with diverse set of vendors across Analytics, IT & Consulting, and then to MathCo, where I now lead a $20M+ delivery portfolio with 200+ data scientists, ML engineers, and consultants serving Fortune 500 clients across Retail, Technology, Automotive and Manufacturing. My work sits at the intersection of business strategy and applied AI. Whether it's AI-driven personalization that lifts AOV by 8–10%, or predictive demand planning that cuts costs by ~4%, I deeply care about business outcomes that stick — not experiments that stall.Outside of work, you'll find me chasing a 10K PB, deep in a board game, or debating F1 strategy over coffee :)Open to connecting on: Enterprise AI strategy | Agentic Programs that drive transformation | Retail & & Tech intelligence
