With over 22 years of experience in consumer electrical, telecom, consumer durables, and banking sectors, I am a seasoned Senior General Manager at Polycab India Limited, the largest manufacturer of wires and cables in India. I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, and a strong background in B2C sales, marketing management, and manpower handling. In my current role, I am responsible for leading the demand generation and influencer management functions across the country, developing sales strategies, creating business revenue models, and enhancing market penetration. I have successfully implemented innovative sales and marketing ideas, facilitated efficient operations, and created new methods to keep ahead of the dynamic market realities. I have also received multiple awards for my outstanding performance and contributions to the organization.
