About Amit Raj

At the helm of IDC Technologies' recruitment operations, my focus has been on enhancing client satisfaction through meticulous technical recruiting and a comprehensive understanding of client needs. My tenure has been marked by a steadfast commitment to managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to successful onboarding, and by cultivating strong vendor relationships that have been instrumental in meeting the stringent demands of premium USA clients such as PwC, Comcast, USAA and BFSI. The recruitment landscape has presented multifaceted challenges, which my team and I have navigated by fostering a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity. Our efforts have been directed towards fulfilling technical roles for IT, Telecom and BFSI Clients and navigating the non-technical positions for USAA, leveraging our proficiency in customer satisfaction and screening to ensure the delivery of top-tier talent to our clients.
