Conducting internal process audits & process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters. Providing feedback to the process associates based on quality audits & rendering suggestions for improvement. Customer Relationship Management: Mapping requirements; identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels. Ensuring continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels. Determining training needs to enhance the operational efficiency leading to increased productivity. My journey so far has taught me that learning curve never ends.
