With over a decade of experience in the supply chain, maritime, and logistics industry, I currently serve as a Supply Chain Consultant at Lagardère Travel Retail, the Pacific region's foremost and most enthusiastic Travel Retail operator. In this role, I play a pivotal part in ensuring the triumph of our distinctive offerings spanning Travel Essential, Specialty, Duty-Free & Luxury. My core competencies include streamlining supply chain operations, negotiating contracts with logistics and transport suppliers, fostering strong relationships with key vendors, and contributing to business development. I oversee the entire supply chain process for Duty-Free & Luxury products, from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery, while complying with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and duty-free restrictions. I offer valuable insights for client retention and cultivate high-performing teams that prioritize safety, professional development, and operational excellence. I hold a Ship Planning Certification from Manukau Institute of Technology and an IMDG e-learning course in accordance with DNV standard. My mission is to achieve operational excellence, foster team success, and support the growth and prosperity of organizations within the supply chain industry.
