Hi All, If you are reading this it means My profile has intrigued you. This is a place where I should be compacting the 11years worth of learnings I have gathered in my carrer, So please be patient while reading this. summary: I am a techno-functional Lead who translates the requirements to devs and help them deliver the project with high quality. And I guide them through it. Still interested read on. I have started as a systems engineer and learned the ropes of the game. My technology of choice was Java but I was not exposed to the full extent of it till very late. It was the most used language at that time and now we as an industry have grown with many different languages for different purposes for us Java was everything since we were developing a backend system and I still favor it. Though I may struggle to develop something from scratch I can guide people to do it. The system which we worked on was powerful enough to configure the backbone devices of telecom infrastructure throughout the Europe. I have learned what's project and how its delivered while donning a lot of caps from being a junior developer to a 3rd line support to a E2E Test support. Configuration management with SVN now I do know GIT. I have been a successful designer for the system I helped developed throughout the years. I had a stint as a Java developer for African banks on a banking product providing banking services to countries like Zimbabwe, uganda etc. I started loving the work more when I started grooming young talent helping them find there potential while delivering the requirements with there help, it started with my project Lead role in Tech M and continued till now I am still learning about Leadership and management and also a lot about new technologies which help us create the new and enhanced solutions for our products and projects. I had the opportunity to work on SDLC as well as Scrum during my Tenure being in scrum for more than 4 years now.
