As CEO of ETS, I lead a global team focused on advancing the science of measurement to power human progress. Each year, we serve more than 50 million learners and workers across 200 countries, helping them grow their skills and prepare for the future of work. For 20+ years, I've worked at the intersection of education, innovation, and workforce development. From leading universities in Europe, Asia, and Latin America to mentoring EdTech founders and launching an education investment firm, I've been fortunate to work with people who care deeply about helping others succeed. Today, I'm focused on measuring the skills that matter most, including AI literacy, so we can upskill and reskill more people, faster, and with greater impact.
