Conduct Pre-Commissioning check-up and Testing of Transmissions line and substation Equipment. Taking Care of Grid commissioning of WTGs and HOTO Process with service team & Customer Team. Handle All ROW Issue with Vendor & Local Aggregators. Preparation Of ROW Agreement draft with HO Legal team also maintain all Agreements & Documents as per company Procedure. In Quality- At site Follow-Incoming Material Inspection, In progress Work Check List, Close all NC & Observation with in time periods. Factory inspection of Material done as per company Procedure, Drawing, Quality & SOP (Inspection Done for Tower Line & Substation Structure Material, 33KV Line Fabrication Material, Isolator, Poles). Given Training For Vendors-1. Job Specific Training for Quality.2. SOP Training for Quality.3. Awareness of Check list, Weekly Review Meeting for NC, Observation. In Safety- Attending Training for PTW, JSA, LOTO, DSS safety Training. Maintaining all KPI Data, Training schedule, Training Hours. Working as a Safety Manager with DSS consultants in Renew power. Training Given to Vendors-1. Job Specific Training, Work Awareness Training. Site Induction training, Electrical Safety Training to labours.
