Innovation and partnerships play a key role in identifying emerging technologies and strategic collaborators that can accelerate the bank’s journey toward its future-state ambitions. In previous roles, successfully led large-scale initiatives involving process re-engineering, operating model redesign, and technology-enabled transformation across functions such as retail lending, insurance, cards, payments, customer onboarding, fraud risk, and contact center operations.
