About Amit Taneja

Being Director of Operations and administration my role is to oversee all aspects of the internal administration of an organization. To plan short-term and long-term roadmaps for the institution, organize departments, coordinate activities among departments, direct company resources, and provide quality control by measuring and adjusting performance. I also manage and enforce the budgetary constraints of the organization and am directly responsible for day-to-day operations within a corporation. I work with fellow management to plan, organize, and direct institutional operations. I also supervise all internal departments to ensure quality control, as well as analyze complex corporate documents and interpret them for dissemination to other managers or investors.
