As a Product Enthusiast with 7+ years of experience in Design & Development, I am excited to transition to Product Management. I am eager to leverage my strengths in problem-solving, project management and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market How I came across Product Management? During Covid, work from home began and I had some free time after office hours. So, I started working as a freelancer to explore non-technical side of a business. I worked with Family Offices & Financial Advisors to help them acquire clients digitally. As a Marketing consultant, my work involved Interviewing Users to understand their needs and pain points Developing an MVP (Landing Page) based on User stories and Competitor analysis Conceptualizing and launching a sales funnel for customer acquisition Tracking metrics on a weekly basis to optimize ad spends and improve ROAS Optimizing the landing page based on heat map and user feedback This experience developed my interest in the field of Product Management and I undertook a certification course to learn more about it and gain relevant skills I worked on case studies from both B2C and B2B industries that gave me practical exposure to User Journey, Problem solving, Wireframing, Prioritization, New Product Development and Go to Market strategies With an engineering background, Product management certification, and freelancing experience into Marketing & Sales, I am well equipped to take on new challenges.
