I am experienced in managing cross-functional teams spread across multiple geographies and business functions to ensure seamless operations, efficient financial control & successful implementation in a high paced environment.Presently I am driving a business unit worth of INR 1.2 billion, supported by a vibrant team of managers & credit officers. I am responsible & accountable for overall business development & growth of it, ensuring profitability and regulatory compliance.I gained a unique entrepreneurial experience while I took the responsibility of heading a tough branch in a remote village with very huge & diversified credit folio. My stints in rural & semi-urban areas taught me rural India’s credit behavior. I am well versed in providing end-to-end credit solutions right from client acquisition to credit underwriting to loan documentation for SME, and Retail Banking clients.Being in the leadership role for over 6 years now and I can easily understand the customer requirements and market trends.
