A performance oriented management expert with over 20+ experience in Marketing, Brand & Communication, Sales & Distribution with in-depth business acumen of productivity strategies and ability to manage resources for achieving organizational financial goals. My professional career started with IT & Solutions companies primarily in corporate, enterprise and government sales in Delhi and NCR for nearly 5 years. Post that I have been an indispensable part of telecom and digital revolution. A journey which started from 2G services to 4G, harbingering 5G with India’s most vibrant telecom giant Bharti Airtel Ltd in Bihar & Jharkhand. In last 16 years in airtel I have handled various roles in Marketing & Sales in Bharti Airtel Ltd that includes, fueling business growth through strategic market and network planning to taking leadership position within 2 years of launch of services in B&J, stepped up in next role through revenue planning achieving 50% RMS. Further consolidating dominant leadership position through various value added services to enrich lives of rural customers. Have been an evangelist in propelling data adaptation for both urban and rural customers in Bihar through 3G mobile services. Then fueling data and digital addiction through 4G services by various innovative and visibility plans in my role of Brand & Communications. Currently, focusing on operational excellence in sales and distribution in hyper competitive market for delivering desired CMS & RMS through channel management and market expansion. Have been consistent in delivering my revenue target and other key KPIs deliverables and challenged myself with new roles and responsibilities in technology driven market and industry. With diverse experience and advance skill sets accrued over the years I look forward for new challenges and opportunities to build new portfolios with a new success story in bouquet of my professional journey.
