I hold an Executive Programme in Business Management (EPBM) from IIM Calcutta, an Executive MBA (PGDM) from IMT Ghaziabad, and an Executive Programme in Project Management from IIM Rohtak. Additionally, I have a certification in Sustainable Urban Development from Delft and Wageningen Universities, complemented by a B.E. in Civil Engineering and Master's in Environmental Engineering from IIEST, Shibpur. My academic journey includes a stint as a Research Scholar at IIT Kharagpur, and further I was honored with the CE’s Ring of Honor Award at AECOM India Pvt Ltd in my professional journey for commitment towards excellence and contributions for driving impactful initiatives in Leadership role. Versatile, accomplished and result driven Lead offering 23 years of extensive professional expertise in Wet Utilities, Oil & Gas sector, UG Drainage, Water supply sector (Rural and Urban) including WTP, Water Distribution (DMA based 24*7 & also intermittent system), NRW management, Urban Transformation project, Drainage system (Refineries, Airport, Urban, Metro, Railways), Infrastructure, Environment, Wastewater, Sewerage system, Smart Cities, and industrial sector in design, project management, team building and leadership role. My roles have included Leading PMC in externally funded project, overseeing project management, project delivery and sustainable strategy preparation. I excel in all project phases—from concept/ Feed Engineering to Detailed Engineering and Construction phase of the project. My skills encompass design review, feasibility studies, and technical proposal preparation. I am adept at managing project sustainability, developing teams, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards while providing technical advice to senior management and customers on key issues and suitable remedial measures. My extensive experience spans Central & State Government projects in India and mega projects in UAE & Oman, Metro Projects in Mauritius. I have successfully worked as a PMC and Design Engineering Consultant in leading firms and renowned Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) organizations, demonstrating my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and resolve critical project issues effectively. I am committed to driving results while maintaining safety and quality in all project endeavors.
