Working as a "Structural Repair Engineer - Stress" in AFDCI - DRR - NCF.Client: AIRBUS - FRANCE, USADRR - NCF- Daily repairs on Nose and Centre Fuselage for AIRBUS programs like SA - A319, A320, A321. LR - A330, A340. DD - A380- Deep verification of the airliner structural damage reports and carry out assessments of the given damage scenario, creating repair solutions using standard calculations from AIRBUS methodologies and computer methods like Improved Structural Analysis through Multidisciplinary Integration(ISAMI), such that the repair makes the Aircraft airworthy again- Utilized Structural Repair Manual (SRM) for guidelines and methodology for the repair instructions- Further create, compile and co ordinate engineering documentation to achieve valid technical data for repairs- Responsible for the preparation of the structural repair justification documents utilising Tech Request Management(TRM) tool and creating like RDTS, SAS, FAS as per AIRBUS Methods which are finally RDAS by Airworthiness Authority- Manage incoming repair technical queries with aim to provide seamless service and to keep the Aircraft on Ground time to minimum- Address Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) requests with quick temporary or permanent solution.Tools used: ISAMI, JT2GO, TRM, AIRBUS WORLD - NCF Repairs. MS Excel.STRESS DIGITALISATION DATA (SDD)- Digitalisation all the required stress data at Nose Centre Fuselage ( Section 11/12 and 13/14 Extended CG)- Converted previous old/new stress reports from document(pdf format) to digital format(excel file)- After reviewing AIRBUS inputs data (excel format) into stress database software (Quasar) to improve the workflow of the repair.
