I am Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of comprehensive experience in the field of accounts, finance, taxation, audit, budgeting, and costing. During my tenure of services, I have worked with CA firms, private limited companies, foreign company, Government company, Alternative Investment Funds, Private Equity Funds, Start-up Incubation Centre, and NGOs. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, problem-solver and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. I possess a proven track record of navigating complex regulatory landscapes and providing strategic financial guidance to optimize organizational performance. Presently, working as AVP Finance & Accounts at IIMA Ventures. It is not-for-profit company and Technology Business Incubator which focuses primarily on providing mentoring, incubation, advisory and financial support to entrepreneurs and early-stage start-ups. I am also holding position of “Chief Functionary” for the FCRA registration of the company. My responsibilities include team management, managing grants, donor reporting, payroll processing, finalization of accounts and ensuring overall statutory compliances. I am also managing the financial operations for SEBI registered Venture Capital Fund & Alternative Investment Fund, specializing in sustainable energy, clean-tech, and IP-driven tech start-ups. My responsibilities encompass fund accounting, capital call (drawdown) workings, equalization (catch-up call), cash-flow management, financial reporting, audit coordination, waterfall distribution and other regulatory and tax compliances. I have also completed certificate course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD) and Public Finance & Government Accounting (PF & GA) from the ICAI.
