With profound understanding of business needs, I have engineered core operational strategies; delivered extraordinary results in strategy planning for business development, project management, profitability, revenue, image building, and operational performance. Throughout my professional career, I have grown new businesses, positioned organizations ahead of the curve by leading operations right from the concept to complete operations, transformed business units to competitive business ventures, across rapidly changing environments. I have exposure across Telecom, Collections, Travel, e-Commerce, Retail, and Hospitality sectors. My international exposure spreads across Malaysia and Singapore. I have vastly worked with Indian, Japanese, Korean, German, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Indo, Vietnamese, English (AU, NZ, US, UK) and French managements and cultures.
