About Amjad Doudin

ICT Specialist with 18+ years of hands-on experience, I’ve built my career at the intersection of network engineering, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT support. My journey has taken me across leading UN agencies like UNHCR and IOM, where I’ve managed complex infrastructures, led digital transformations, and supported mission-critical systems in fast-paced, multinational environments. I’m passionate about creating secure, reliable, and user-centric IT environments. Whether it's configuring Cisco networks, managing Azure and VMware deployments, or leading technical support teams through ITIL-aligned processes—I thrive on solving problems, improving systems, and supporting teams so they can do their best work. Certified in CCNP, ITIL, and experienced with Microsoft Intune, Avaya, Meraki, and more, I bring a wide-ranging skill set and a mindset of continuous learning and improvement. I also enjoy mentoring others, building automation tools using PowerApps, and making sure no ticket is left unresolved. Currently, I’m looking to contribute my expertise to meaningful ICT projects and grow further in areas like cybersecurity, cloud integration, and enterprise IT governance.
