Workshop(Maintenance) division : 2.1 Expertise in Erection and commissioning of horizontal balancing m/c for HEMM equipment. 2.2 Reduced the cost of manufacturing by introducing TPM & Quality tools, Kaizens. 2.3 Introduced schedule route cards for manufacturing components. Water Resource Management - 3.1 Enhanced the flow of filtered water to softener by installation of Johnson and Johnson screen. 3.2 Monitored the water volume to industrial units and domestic units by installing of flow meters. Reduced consumption of domestic from 4MGDto 2MGD 4. HEMM: 4.1 Maintained the fleet of dozers, cranes, dozers by preventive maintenance techniques. 4.2 Reduced cost of overhauling by re- engineering techniques and in-house repairs.
