As a dedicated and organized educator with a BSc in Economics and 8 years of teaching experience, I’m now transitioning into roles where I can use my strengths in people communication, relationship-building, planning, and problem-solving to make a broader impact, particularly in Customer Success, Project Coordination, or Client Services. In the classroom I didn’t just teach, I managed multiple projects, led parent communication, planned school events, and ensured everything ran smoothly. These experiences taught me how to: Build trust with diverse stakeholders (like parents, students, and admin) Coordinate moving parts under pressure and tight timelines Communicate clearly and empathetically—especially during challenging conversations Stay solution-focused, organized, and responsive I’ve recently begun training in tools like CRM platforms, project management frameworks, and client service techniques to support this pivot. My goal now is to contribute to a mission-driven team where I can support clients, manage projects, and help teams deliver value smoothly.
