During the onset of COVID-19, I earned the trust of doctors and healthcare professionals at the hospital by initiating educational campaigns to inform the masses about the virus. Leveraging these campaigns, we not only educated the public but also strategically turned them into customers. Despite significant challenges this helped achieve remarkable recovery, surpassing pre-pandemic levels within just 5 months. In addition to this, I successfully advocated for increased marketing budget allocation. Despite initial resistance and tight financial constraints, I effectively communicated the potential return on investment (ROI) of the proposed budget increase. This strategic decision led to a significant boost in average daily visits while positioning me as a trusted authority and subject matter expert in marketing strategy and resource allocation within the boardroom. And most recently, I led the executive team's efforts to capitalize on growth opportunities by successfully launching Dallah Clinics, a new business line within Dallah Healthcare. This initiative diversified the business offerings for the hospital and set foundations for continued success.
