I am a Marketing Director at Primary Care Medical Co, a leading provider of primary care services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I have a Bachelor of Education degree in Marketing from Zarqa University, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from Swiss School of Management, with a focus on Marketing Management. My core competencies include marketing, advertising, social media, CRM systems, patient experience, and patient journey. In my current role, I manage all marketing activities to achieve the company's targets and to expand its reach to serve the largest possible number of patients and regions. I also audit the performance of each clinic by evaluating the doctors' performance and the quality of service. I have successfully increased the brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue of the company, thanks to the collaboration and support of my team and the senior management. I am passionate about improving the healthcare sector and providing the best services according to the needs and desires of patients.
