About Amna Rasak

I’ve recently started my journey as an Application Operations professional at Allianz Technology, where I’m responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth functioning of application operations on a daily basis. My role revolves around maintaining operational excellence and supporting mission-critical systems that drive efficiency and reliability across the organization. In parallel, I’ve embarked on an exciting training program focused on Conversational AI and Bot Development using Cognigy. This hands-on learning experience is helping me build intelligent automation solutions, including chatbots and voice bots, that enhance user engagement and streamline digital interactions. I'm passionate about how AI is shaping the future, and I'm eager to contribute by developing solutions that blend technology with human-centric design. Whether it's troubleshooting applications or building conversational interfaces, I’m committed to learning, growing, and making a meaningful impact.
