About Amnesh Goel

I am an IT professional with over 14 years of experience spanning Application Security, Cloud Architecture, and Application Development. My journey began with hands-on development in Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server, where I designed and optimized large-scale applications, improved ETL processes, and delivered scalable solutions across multi-cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Over time, I transitioned into leadership roles, managing cross-functional teams, driving technical excellence, and introducing automation to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.In my current role as an Application Security Architect, I lead security initiatives across multiple business units, partnering with product leaders and Security Champions to embed security into development lifecycles. I shape security strategy and governance aligned with OWASP ASVS, NIST, and organizational objectives, while fostering collaboration and influencing teams to adopt secure practices. My work includes authoring security frameworks and best practices, building automation for real-time vulnerability insights, and conducting deep security reviews for web, API, and mobile applications. I am passionate about driving security culture, enabling teams to deliver secure products, and sharing knowledge through blogs and technical sessions.
