I have experience in Third party due diligence for the past 15 years. Previous work experience has been in consultancies working for different clients some of them being financial services, banks, rest estate, PE firms. I have managed teams across locations in my previous firm, while working on several engagements- Due diligence professional with comprehensive experience in Corporate intelligence, integrity and reputation due diligence, AML/KYC enhanced due diligence, counter-party due diligence, market and business research. Have conducted background checks on counter-parties, including companies and individuals. Have research capabilities across jurisdictions and geographies- Experience in report writing and reviewing reports across geographies- Analyzing risk factors like corporate fraud, social accountability, corruption & bribery, politically exposed person (PEP) concern and others- Assessment of adverse/negative reporting on target entities in the public domain and assessment of target entities’ involvement in legal proceedings through on-line legal databases- Have relevant experience in team management and led teams in previous employments- Apart from conducting Due diligence on all the customers and vendors, my job also involves managing the third party due diligence policy, educating the business on the same. Also, looking after the vendor onboarding process whether it follows all the procedure as per the DOA.
