Working with Engineering team for Design for Manufacturing and Assembly(DFMA) Mapping of critical activities, driving product build and process reviews with all stakeholders. Designing assembly process and build sequence of new products. Finalizing manufacturing BOM considering condition of supply, part availability and project timeline. Minimizing incoming part defects by working with supplier in part development process. Resolution of Build Issues by working in CFT with engineering, purchase and project management and suppliers. Manpower optimization, shift scheduling. Possess Knowledge of complete product development to delivery of the product. Import substitution for the imported parts to reduce lead time
