Key Functional Skills/ Responsibility Contract Administration / Project Execution/ Project Management/ Store Management. Coordinate and supervise employee team and subcontractor. Schedule day to day movements of all crews with scheduling co-ordinator. Work with technical team and set up erection plan and schedule and overseas day to day erection planning and erection activity. Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair to fleet equipment. Commercial Administrator 1. Assist operation team invoicing and chase outstanding debt on all contract managed by line manager. Preparation of paper documents and submissions of price difference. Recording / monitoring of labour / plant / subcontractor cost for all contract managed by line manager. Subcontractor payment for all contract managed by line manager. To assist the commercial manager and commercial estimator in managing new enquiry. Safety Management 1. Promote safety awareness and implement safety system, condect safety meeting and safety review meetings. Expertise in maintaining all safety measures and norms affectively. Experience in the fields of safety aspects in various industries. Use effective strategies to minimize risks. Making CSR. Ensure all Health and Safety policies are followed on the job.
