About me: I am presently working as a SAP Solutions Architect with TCS and have been entrusted to play a key role in one of the largest and complex multi year global SAP transformation programs spread across geographies. Prior to TCS, I have been discharging my roles as an IT Program Manager & Solutions Architect – Enterprise Applications; wherein I was spearheading a gamut of tasks entailing conceptualizing, designing, delivering, and supporting various IT solutions for Bajaj Auto Ltd.’s B2B & B2C business requirements spanning across its various business units. I have successfully served as a Principal Architect for the complete overhaul of Bajaj Auto Ltd.’s spare parts business starting from Dealer / Distributor demand planning & generation to Order Fulfillment for domestic as well as export businesses. I have collated the business needs at both the OEM and channel partner’s level and designed a comprehensive solution cutting across multiple applications (SAP ECC & EWMS, DMS, and Sales Force Automation) with seamless data integration. I have ideated and successfully executed a multitude suite of projects with vertical integration right from the digital core ERP (SAP ECC) to extended ERPs (CRM and DMS) to B2B / B2C Mobile Apps to E-Commerce and to Data Analytics. My role included managing large teams constituting both internal BAL as well as vendor partner teams. Prior to BAL, I have been associated with IBM and Satyam Computers as a SAP consultant, traveling across India and Germany for various consulting assignments. Value Brought Up: In my over 21 years of association across varied reputed organizations, I have gained progressive professional IT & domain expertise spanning across the Automotive / Auto Ancillary, Industrial Products, and Consumer / Industrial Electronics Industry. I have led Multiple Large-Scale SAP ERP Projects (Greenfield/Brownfield Implementations, Template Roll Outs, Version Upgrades, and AMS). I have driven a significant large-scale program from concept to sustenance for implementing a cloud-based Dealer / Distributor Management System with more than users).
