Prior to my current role, I worked as an Asst Manager - HR at Endeavor Careers Pvt. Ltd, where I managed the recruitment cycle for executive to senior-level positions, conducted induction programs, coordinated employee engagement activities, and evaluated the effectiveness of training programs. I also worked as a Team Manager at ARC Consultant- Universal Hunt (Recruitment consultancy), where I managed the entire recruitment cycle and led a team of up to five members. With a Post-Graduation Diploma in Business Management Level-7 from Lyceum Academy, London and a BCom from Gujarat University, I have developed a strong foundation in business management and HR practices. I am skilled in utilizing cost-effective and talent-aligned hiring channels, such as online job portals, employee referrals, in-house databases, networks, and social media to attract candidates. I am also experienced in maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process. I am proud to have been recognized for my achievements, including receiving the Rising Star Award in 2015-16 for achieving the highest revenue, the Centurion Award for placing the highest number of candidates, and the Muster Master of the Year 2015-16 for attending 96.60% presence during the year. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, swimming, bowling, and watching movies. I am fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, and am married with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
