Projects and Vehicle Integration: o Lead a department consisting of Project Management office, Vehicle Geometrical Architects, Product structure, Special Vehicle Development, Vehicle analysis as well as Order Office. o Responsible Quality Manager (QM) for Vehicle Engineering and Key Account Manager (KAM) in the Strategic Alliance with Volvo Group working in close cooperation with the directors for the Technology Development. o Be responsible for Vehicle Engineering project portfolio and budget preparations and maintain and improve processes and tools in order to continuously improve the operational efficiency. o Manage around 45 people including 3 Group managers and a team leader. o Driving projects such as BEV, FCEV in Vehicle engineering and other advanced engineering projects Product Development: o Expertise in driving vision and building product road map to address evolving customer / market needs & in architecting solutions using ground-up development o Proficient in understanding customer requirements & converting the requirements into technical profiles of products; perform competition benchmarks of features/ technology differentiated products to gain market share o Proven success in deployment of lean product development Process Engineering: o Successfully introduced engineering processes & practices to improve product quality, reliability and reduce product cost; enabled adoption of analysis and simulation tools Portfolio/Platform/Program/ Management: o Proven proficiency in establishing robust program management processes to ensure predictable execution and risk management; capability to manage cross functional teams to deliver challenging program goals in cost, quality and schedule o Manager experience on leading leaders, leading cross functional teams, working with international projects, motivate and inspire others to engage and succeed.
