o Checking the feasibility of the parts on the vehicle.o Proposals of the drawings for avoiding the fouling.o Interaction with other departments for package protection of our components with maintaining sufficient clearances.o Checking for the clash & clearances in various parts of assemblies & sub-assemblies & accordingly modifying the components.o Follow up with the vendors for the pilot lot of samples for the Testing.o Interacting with shop floor for part development & modification.o Coordination with Rapid Prototype for making the parts as per the drawing.o Coordination with the Testing Department for the performance of the vehicleo Proposing a feasible location in the vehicle clearing all the interfaces.o Solving the query of the vendors regarding drawing.o Updating the Status of Project in the weekly meeting w.r.t all vehicle teamo This project will consist of new development exhaust system for Euro IV & Euro V norms.o Assemble the close couple catcon & underbody catcon, DPF, pre silencer, silencer in proper location of vehicle.o New development of main silencer, pipes, hooks for mounting as per BM vehicle. o Modifications were made to ensure that the components of the exhaust system 2.2Lit Dicor engine, 3Lit Engine, 2.1Lit CNG engine vehicle. o Packaging the exhaust system for various variants. o Giving the exhaust system for various analyses like CAE, CFD, & NVH. o Making the proposal for doc-poc & mounting arrangements of the Exhaust system.
