I am service desk technical specialist, and my job profile is to handle Remote engineers and Helpdesk team. work on SCCM complience, troubleshooting isaues related to SCCM client and software centre. push SCCM client and alftwares from console and monitor syatem health. work on AV report provided by AV team and make sure that all syatems are AV complience if not then lead a team of remote support members and make all syatem compliance. prepare SOP for unknown issues solved by doing R&D and by co-ordinating with vendors and upload in HPSM knowledge base. prepare training materials regarding process, quality, adherence, technical issues etc. and provide training to all team members on weekly basis. Guide team members for technical issues. Handling escalation of customers, revert on mails of higher management and customers. Manage team like attendance, salary issues, leaves, shift timings, performance, quality etc. look in to new issues or projects, discussed with higher management and other related teams. Making daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports of calls, team attendance, team performance etc. Good knowledge of MS Excel and power point.
