With a combination of more than 8 years of industry and consulting experience Amol has a background in driving operational excellence and delivering sustainable cost savings. ​ Throughout his career as a supply chain consultant Amol has collaborated with clients in consumer goods, heavy industrials and information technology sectors. Amol's industrial experience makes him capable of identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, streamline processes and enhance overall supply chain performance. Before transitioning into consulting, he managed procurement operations and has led category management initiatives. His experience encompasses creating and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing category spend for value-for-money results. He has also led procurement for capital expenditure projects and served as a strategic advisor to C-level executives in his previous roles.
