About Amora Amir

Advancing Innovation in Agricultural Technology and Education With extensive experience in research and industrial projects, I focus on the development and application of cutting-edge technologies like AI, Deep learning, Machine learning and Computer vision in technical and agriculture domains for higher education, spanning digitalization, smart farming, vertical farming, autonomous greenhouses, and digital growing. I have successfully coordinated and deployed EU-based projects, including the Horizon EFRO Evergreen project. Currently, I lead the ‘Gewasgroei Goed Gemeten’ (GeGoGe) project, supported by Regieorgaan SIA and the Dutch Research Council (NWO). This collaboration brings together Inholland University of Applied Sciences, De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, and Lentiz Onderwijsgroep, along with key stakeholders. Additionally, I am actively developing new minors for higher education, enriching curricula to better equip students with the skills to innovate in the technical and agricultural sectors. AI.
