Hello! Over the past ten years, I've been able to thrive in a variety of industries, and have discovered my knack for bringing order to chaos. I'm all about lending a hand wherever I can, whether I'm putting out fires with high-profile clients or ensuring my team feels confident in hitting their goals. I currently work as an operations analyst at SEI, where my detail to attention helps me match our financial data with brokers to ensure accurate financial reviews for our clients. I spent several years at TrueSource, where I handled escalated client calls, resolved compliance issues with our billing team, and ensured our vendors maintained strong relationships with our company. I have become skilled in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Canva. In my current position, I craft new training materials, reshape our team's objectives to align with the company's big 2024 goals, and give my direct reports the support they need to shine.In my diverse career journey, I've honed my skills in customer service and management. From my early days at the Lego Store, where I identified opportunities for improvement and earned a promotion to store supervisor, to my role as an assistant manager at Bed Bath & Beyond, where I implemented efficient scheduling and inventory systems, I've always been driven to enhance processes and customer experiences.I thrive on challenges and love leading others through them. Whether it's finding creative solutions or rallying the team toward a common goal, count me in!
